Unlacquered Brass and Antique Copper are living finishes โ€” made to patina, deepen, and tell the story of your home over time. This natural aging is the intended character of the material, not a defect, and sits outside the finish warranty.

Does the warranty cover the natural patina of unlacquered brass? +

No. Unlacquered Brass and Antique Copper are living finishes designed to patina and change over time. This natural aging is the intended character of the material, not a defect, and is not covered under the finish warranty.

Do I need to register my product for the lifetime warranty? +

No registration is needed. Simply keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

What if my fixture was damaged during shipping? +

Items damaged in transit are covered. Please email us at support@warmbrass.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Does the warranty cover installation errors? +

No. Damage caused during installation, improper installation, misuse, or excessive force is not covered. We recommend reviewing our installation guides or contacting us before installation.

How long does a warranty claim take? +

Once we receive your claim with photos, we typically respond within 1โ€“2 business days and ship free replacement parts immediately. Complex cases may take slightly longer.
