Unlacquered Brass and Antique Copper are living finishes โ made to patina, deepen, and tell the story of your home over time. This natural aging is the intended character of the material, not a defect, and sits outside the finish warranty.

How to make a claim
Write to support@warmbrass.com with your order number and a short description.
Attach a photo or short video of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Within 1โ2 business days we ship free replacement parts โ or, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Proof of purchase is required, and coverage applies to the original purchaser. To activate lifetime coverage, simply keep your order confirmation โ no registration needed.
