Welcome to Warm Brass. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of warmbrass.com and your purchase of our handmade brass and copper fixtures. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Our products
Warm Brass fixtures are made from solid brass and copper and are largely made to order. Finishes such as Unlacquered Brass and Raw Copper are living finishes designed to patina, darken, and change over time — this is intended character and beauty, not a defect. Hand-hammered pieces will show natural variations in texture and hammer marks. Product images are as accurate as possible; natural variation in handcrafted pieces is normal and celebrated.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate prices and availability, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any order affected by an error.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or material unavailability. We will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
Because our fixtures are handmade to order, production lead times apply. These are communicated at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping, returns, and warranty
- Shipping & Delivery: Governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy (worldwide shipping from Morocco)
- Returns & Refunds: Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy
- Warranty: Product coverage is governed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty

7. Intellectual property
All content on warmbrass.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and site layout — is owned by Warm Brass or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warm Brass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products — including but not limited to installation damage, water damage, or normal patina changes.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Warm Brass against claims arising from your misuse of the site, improper installation of our fixtures, or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
For international customers, you remain responsible for compliance with your local import laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
