Email support@warmbrass.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. No forms, no back-and-forth.
We arrange complimentary collection on request, so the piece gets back to us with no hassle on your side.
Once your return reaches us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty?
If a piece arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our standard, it’s covered separately under our Limited Lifetime Warranty — email us with a photo and we’ll put it right straight away.

Pieces made bespoke to your specification — a custom size, a special engraving, a one-off finish — are crafted only for you and are final sale. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just ask before you buy and we’ll confirm.
🌍 Worldwide returns from Morocco
Warm Brass ships worldwide from Morocco. Our complimentary collection applies to most countries via our logistics partners (DHL/UPS/FedEx). Remote areas may include a small surcharge — we’ll confirm when you start the return.
