Materials & Quality

All Warm Brass fixtures are solid brass throughout — never plated over zinc or pot metal. The brass runs all the way through every piece, which is why we back each one with a 5-year guarantee.

Yes. Every fixture is heavy-gauge solid brass throughout. Plating chips, flakes, and peels — solid metal ages gracefully and lasts for generations.

Finishes & Care

Depending on the piece: Unlacquered Brass, Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Polished Nickel, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, Polished Copper, and Antique Copper — all solid brass, never plated.

Yes — and that's the point. Our unlacquered and natural finishes are living finishes that develop a warm patina over time. Prefer a fixed tone? Our lacquered finishes hold their original luster.

Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water, and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry to prevent water spots. Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners.

Yes. Polish gently with a quality brass polish or a lemon-and-baking-soda paste, then rinse and dry. A thin coat of carnauba wax or mineral oil slows the natural aging.

Because each piece is finished by hand, subtle tonal variation is natural and intentional — pieces in the same finish harmonize beautifully but are never machine-identical.

Yes — the rough-in valve and all parts needed for installation are included.

Shipping is free worldwide via fully tracked DHL/UPS express. Because each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order items may take a little longer — we always confirm timing before you commit.

Returns & Warranty
